摘要
文章围绕什么是教师教学设计能力、教师教学设计能力包含哪些维度、如何科学测评教师教学设计能力与发展教师教学设计能力三个问题,对国内外相关研究进行了梳理与整合,明晰了目前我国对教师教学设计能力认识和实践上的不足,并提出了对教师教学设计能力进一步研究的展望与构想。
Through the review of the researches of Teacher's Instructional Design Competencies in both China and other countries, this paper tried to answer such questions as what is teacher's ID competencies, how many domains does it contains, how to measure and develop teacher's ID competencies. The paper pointed out some faults in theory and practice, and made some suggestion on the further study of teacher's ID competencies.
