摘要
目的调查社区老年高血压患者衰弱和服药依从性情况,并分析两者间的关系。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取就诊于厦门市社区医院的345例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、CFAI衰弱综合评估工具和Morisky服药依从性问卷,调查研究对象的衰弱情况、服药依从性情况,并采用Spearman方法对两者做相关性分析。结果335例老年高血压患者中,衰弱者199例,衰弱发生率为59.4%(199/335),衰弱总分为(41.54±8.24)分;服药依从性不良者162例,服药依从性不良发生率为48.4%(162/335),依从性总分为(5.82±1.597)分。相关性分析显示,老年高血压患者衰弱与服药依从性呈负相关(r=-0.309,P<0.01)。结论社区老年高血压患者衰弱程度较高,服药依从性较差,且衰弱程度与服药依从性呈负相关。衰弱程度越高,服药依从性越差。
Objective To investigate the frailty and medication compliance of elderly hypertensive patients in the community,and analyze the relationship between them.Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 345 elderly hypertensive patients who were admitted to Xiamen community hospitals as the research objects.Use general information questionnaire,CFAI frailty comprehensive assessment tool and Morishy medication compliance questionnaire to investigate the frailty and medication compliance of the research objects.The Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation be⁃tween the two.Results Among the 335 elderly hypertensive patients,199 cases were debilitated,the incidence of debil⁃itating was 59.4%(199/335),and the total debility score was(41.54±8.24).There were 162 cases with poor medication compliance,the incidence of poor medication compliance was 48.4%(162/335),and the total score of compliance was(5.82±1.597).Correlation analysis showed that the frailty of elderly hypertensive patients was negatively correlated with the medication compliance(r=-0.309,P<0.01).Conclusion Elderly hypertensive patients in the community are de⁃bilitated and have poor medication compliance.And the degree of frailty is negatively correlated with medication compli⁃ance.The higher the debilitating degree,the worse the medication compliance.
