摘要
数字经济时代,军民融合产业集群是统筹推进数字化建设,打造协同创新、多元发展、网格互动的多元主体价值创造、转移和增值的军民信息共享平台。基于价值共创理论,引入创新环境、创新投入和创新产出三大目标层指标,构建军民融合产业集群数字化创新效能评价指标体系,选取广东、山西和四川等16个省份的有效样本数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明:多主体价值共创活动对军民融合产业集群智能化发展具有显著的促进作用;军民融合产业集群数字化创新综合水平近十年来动态稳定上升,但是区域发展不均衡,呈现"东—中—西"梯度水平递减趋势;近五年中部地区数字化创新稳中"有劲",综合得分都处于正向变动趋势,区域差异和时间跨度变动相对稳定,将为高质量发展提供有力的军民信息化支撑;广东和江苏处于军民融合数字化创新领先地位,为其他省份提供重要的决策借鉴。通过测度军民融合产业集群数字化创新效能,揭示了价值共创活动对军民融合产业集群的影响机理,为形成军民深度融合发展格局提供重要借鉴。
In the era of digital economy,military-civilian integration industry clusters coordinately promote digital construction and create a sharing platform,which concludes collaborative innovation,diversified development,and grid interaction for multiple subject to create,transfer,and add value.Based on the value co-creation theory,this study constructs three target-level indicators of innovation environment,innovation input and output,and builds a cluster digital innovation efficiency evaluation index system.It selects valid sample data from 16 provinces including Guangdong,Shanxi,Sichuan and so on.The research results show that multi-agent value co-creation activities play a significant role in promoting the intelligent development of this industrial clusters.The integrated level of digital innovation of military-civilian integrated clusters has risen dynamically and steadily in the past ten years,but the regional development is uneven,which shows a gradient level of"East,Central,and West"decreasing trend.In the past five years,the digital innovation in the central region has been stable and"strong",and the scores are all in a positive trend.Regional differences and time span changes are relatively stable,which will provide strong military and civilian information support for high-quality development.Guangdong and Jiangsu are in a leading position and provide important decision-making reference for others.This research measures the digital innovation efficiency of military-civilian integration industry clusters,reveals the mechanism of value cocreation activities on military-civilian integration industry clusters,and provides an important reference for the formation of a deep military-civilian integration development pattern.
