摘要
探讨和评价结构—过程—结果模型在省级妇幼保健院医院感染管理中的应用现状和效果。基于结构—过程—结果模型构建妇幼保健院医院感染管理实践,选2019年1—6月模型实施前为对照组,2020年1—6月模型实施后为观察组,从组织结构、过程管理、结果评价3个维度进行探索,对两组住院患者医院感染率和感染部位、医务人员手卫生依从性、培训考核成绩进行结果评价。模型实施后,结果评价中医院感染率下降、手卫生依从性提高,经培训后医务人员医院感染知识考核成绩提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结构—过程—结果模型在妇幼保健院感染管理中取得效果明显,可供其他研究者和医院感染管理人员参考,值得进一步推广借鉴。
To explore and evaluate the application status and effect of structure-process-outcome model in nosocomial infection management in a maternal and child health care hospital.Based on the structure-process-result model to construct hospital infection management practices in the maternal and child health care hospital,patients from January to June,2019 were selected as the control group before the implementation of the model,and patients after the implementation of the model from January to June,2020 as the observation group.From organizational structure,process management and result evaluation,the results of inpatients nosocomial infection rates and infection sites,staff hand hygiene compliance,and training assessment of two groups were compared.After the implementation of the model,the hand hygiene compliance and the medical staff’s nosocomial infection knowledge assessment scores were improved after training.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The structureprocess-result model has achieved obvious results in the nosocomial infection management of maternal and child health hospitals,which can be used as a reference for other researchers and nosocomial infection managers.So it is worthy of further promotion and reference.
