摘要
专业市场是地方性产业集群在全球价值链攀升中的第三驱动力。从专业市场及其生产分工体系的报酬递增演进机制看,知识积累、专业化分工及协调成本之间的相互作用决定了分工网络长期的最优增长。应从企业、市场、产业及政府层面,推动以专业市场为核心的集群式生产分工网络的知识共享、交流和创新,充分利用全球价值链嵌入过程中的跨网络学习效应,以获得创新性知识、先进技术及高端客户等稀缺要素。同时,通过规范化的制度安排和市场体制机制创新来实现协调成本的降低,是提高以专业市场为核心的生产分工网络在全球价值链中嵌入地位的重要因素。
The specialized market is the third driving force of local industrial clusters’upgrading in the global value chain(GVC).From the perspective of the evolutionary mechanism of increasing returns of specialized market and its production division system,the interaction among knowledge accumulation,specialized division of labor and coordination cost determines the optimal growth of its division network in the long run.This study suggests that knowledge sharing,communication and innovation of the grouping-type production division network centered on the specialized market should be promoted from the enterprise,market,government,and industry levels,and make full use of the cross-network learning effect in its GVC embedding process to obtain innovative knowledge,advanced technology,high-end customers,and other scarce elements.At the same time,the reduction of coordination cost through standardized institutional arrangement and market’s institutional innovation is an important factor to improve the embedding status of production division network centered on the specialized market in GVC.
