摘要
聚焦主业、做强实业和做精专业是国有企业落实高质量发展的要求。选取2016—2023年沪深A股上市国有企业为研究样本,实证检验聚焦主业对国有企业创新的影响。研究发现,聚焦主业能够显著促进国有企业创新。从资源配置的视角探究其路径机制发现,资本配置效率在二者之间发挥部分中介作用,而劳动力配置效率并没有发挥部分中介作用。异质性分析发现,当国有企业内部治理结构较好和外部环境不确定性越高时,聚焦主业对国有企业创新的促进作用更显著。研究结论为进一步推动国有资本布局优化和结构调整,做强做优做大国有企业,加快发展新质生产力提供经验依据。
Focusing on the main business,strengthening the industry and doing fine professional are the requirements of state-owned enterprises to implement high-quality development.This paper selects the state-owned enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2016 to 2023 as the research sample to empirically testa n dfocus on the impact of the main business on the innovationof state-owned enterprises.The study found that focusing on the main business can significantly promote the innovation of state-owned enterprises.Exploring the path mechanism of resource allocation from the perspectiveo fresource allocation,it is found that the efficiency of capital allocation plays a partial intermediary role between the two,while the efficiency of labor force allocation does not play a partial intermediary role.The heterogeneity research found that when the internal governances tructure of state-owned enterprises is better and the uncertainty of the external environment is higher,the focus on the main business plays amo re significant role in promoting the innovation of state-own edenterprises.The conclusions provide experience basis for further promoting the optimization of the distribution and structural adjustment of state capital,making it stronger,better and bigger for state-owned enterprises,and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces.
