摘要
试验旨在探讨粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis,E.faecalis)W24对乌鳢生长、抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。将540尾初始体重为(8.91±0.02)g的乌鳢随机分为6组,每组3个重复,在基础饲料中分别添加浓度为0(对照组)、1.0×10^(6)、1.0×10^(7)、1.0×10^(8)、1.0×109 CFU/g及1.0×1010 CFU/g的E.faeca⁃lis W24,配制成6种试验饲料,进行为期8周的饲养试验。试验结束后,测定乌鳢生长性能、肝脏和肠道抗氧化能力及血清免疫指标。在饲料中添加1.0×10^(7)CFU/g和1.0×10^(8)CFU/g E.faecalis W24显著提高了乌鳢的终末体重(FBW)、增重率(WG)、饲料效率(FER)、蛋白质效率(PER)及特定生长率(SGR)(P<0.05)。添加1.0×10^(7)、1.0×10^(8)CFU/g和1.0×109 CFU/g E.faecalis W24显著提高了乌鳢肝脏和肠道中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性并显著降低了丙二醛(MDA)水平(P<0.05)。添加1.0×10^(7)CFU/g和1.0×10^(8)CFU/g E.faecalis W24显著提高了乌鳢血清中的免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)含量及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和溶菌酶(LZM)活性(P<0.05)。饲料中添加适量E.faecalis W24可有效提高乌鳢生长性能,增强肝脏和肠道的抗氧化能力和血清免疫功能,且在乌鳢配合饲料中E.faecalis W24最适添加量为1.0×10^(7)~1.0×10^(8)CFU/g。
In the study,we aim to investigate the effects of Enterococcus faecalis(E.faecalis)W24 on growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immunologic function of Channa argus were investigated.A total of 540 C.argus[(8.91±0.02)g]were randomly divided into six equal groups.Fish as fed with basal diets supplemented with 0,1.0×10^(6),1.0×10^(7),1.0×10^(8),1.0×109 CFU/g and 1.0×10^(10)CFU/g of E.faecalis 24 for eight weeks.After feeding,the growth performance,antioxidant enzyme activity in liver and intestine and serum immune indexes were measured.The results showed that diets supplemental with 1.0×10^(7)CFU/g and 1.0×10^(8)CFU/g of E.faecalis W24 significantly increased the terminal body weight(FBW),weight gain(WG),feed efficiency ratio(FER),protein efficiency ratio(PER)and specific growth rate(SGR)of C.argus(P<0.05).Diets supplemental with 1.0×10^(7),1.0×10^(8)CFU/g and 1.0×109 CFU/g of E.faecalis W24 significantly increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in the liver and intestines of C.argus and significantly decreased the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)(P<0.05).Diets supplemental with 1.0×10^(7)CFU/g and 1.0×10^(8)CFU/g of E.faecalis W24 significantly increased the contents of immunoglobulin M(IgM),complement 3(C3),complement 4(C4),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and lysozyme(LZM)in serum of C.argus(P<0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,supplemented an appropriate amount of E.faecalis W24 with feed could effectively promote the growth and utilization of feed,improve antioxidant capacity and immunity of C.argus.The optimal supplementation amount of E.faecalis W24 in the feed of C.argus was 1.0×10^(7)-1.0×10^(8)CFU/g.
