摘要
目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合高压氧对急性心肌梗死患者的疗效及机制。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的150例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各75例。对照组给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用高压氧治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果治疗前,两组的LVEF、LVESV、LVEDV、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的LVEF水平升高,LVESV、LVEDV、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低,且观察组的LVEF水平高于对照组,LVESV、LVEDV、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠联合高压氧可明显改善急性心肌梗死患者的心功能,可能与二者联合应用降低患者的炎性因子水平有关。
Objective To explore the efficacy and mechanism of tanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate combined with hyperbaric oxygen for patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 150 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the LVEF,LVESV,LVEDV,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF levels of the two groups increased,and the LVESV,LVEDV,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels decreased(P<0.05);The LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVESV,LVEDV,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate combined with hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction,which may be related to the reduction of levels of inflammatory factors in patients.
