摘要
大球盖菇(Stropharia rugosoannulata)新品种"中菌金球盖1号",是在云南省昆明市盘龙区双龙乡昆明食用菌研究所大球盖菇栽培基地发现的金黄色大球盖菇变异子实体,通过选育分离获得纯菌株,经过初筛、复筛、中间试验和示范栽培,选育出性状稳定、稳产、高产菌株。示范栽培平均产量6.2 kg·m^(-2),成熟子实体菌盖颜色为淡黄色至金黄色,菌柄粗壮,菌褶老后不易变色,产量较高,抗高温、低温、抗病虫害能力强。"中菌金球盖1号"子实体性状好,适宜推广,研究成果将推进大球盖菇新品种选育进程,加快大球盖菇产业发展。
The new variety of Stropharia rugosoannulata’Zhongjun Jinqiugai No.1’was discovered from the S. rugosoannulata plantation base of Kunming Institute of Edible Fungi, Shuanglong township, Panlong district, Kunming, Yunnan province. The pure strains are obtained by breeding and isolation, and after preliminary screening, re-screening, intermediate experiment and demonstration cultivation, strains with stable characteristics, stable yield and high yield are selected and bred. The average yield of the demonstration cultivation is 6.2 kg·m^(-2). The color of the cover of the mature fruiting body is light yellow to golden yellow, the stipe is thick, and the gills should not change color when they are old, which has higher yields, high temperature and low temperature resistance.’Zhongjun Jinqiugai No.1’fruiting bodies have good traits, and suitable for promotion. The results will promote the selection and breeding of new varieties of S. rugosoannulata, accelerate the development of S. rugosoannulata.
