摘要
该文报道了营养、温度、ＰＨ值、光照、水分等生活条件对大球盖菇生长发育的影响，并描述了大球盖菇的形态特征。试验表明：大球盖菇最好的碳源和氮源分别是淀粉和硫酸氨，最适ＰＨ值为７～８。菌丝体生长的最适温度为２６～２９℃，基质含水量以７０％为宜，空气相对湿度以７０％为宜，不需光照。子实体生长时期最适温度为１６～２０℃，空气相对湿度以９０％～９５％为宜。
This parer reported the result of various living conditions influencing on the growth and fruit development of Stropharia rugoso-annulata,such as nutrition,temperature,pH value,water contert,and light.For the mycelium of Stropharia rugoso-annulata ,the best carbon source is starch,the best nitrogen is ammoniun sulfate,the most suitable temperature 26～29℃,and the best water content is 70%.And for its fruit,the most temperature is 16～20℃,and the most suitable relative air humidity is 90%～95%.
