摘要
机采棉与大球盖菇连作是一种新型棉田高效种植模式。机采棉收获后将棉杆作为食用菌的原料,利用棉花冬闲田生产大球盖菇,棉田冬种食用菌大球盖菇不仅可以降低棉杆直接还田带来的连作障碍,还可以在收菇之后生产大量的优质有机肥,减少第二年植棉肥料投入。提出了湖北省棉区应用机采棉与大球盖菇连作高效种植模式的菌种培养、原料配方、环境条件、场地整理、栽培技术、菌丝生长管理、出菇期管理、最佳采收时间等主要关键技术措施,并对应用效果进行了评价。
The continuous cropping of machine-picked cotton and Stropharia rugosoannulata is a new and efficient planting mode in cotton fields.After harvesting cotton by machine,cotton stalks are used as the raw material of edible fungi,and the winter fallow fields of cotton are used to produce Stropharia rugosoannulata.Planting Stropharia rugosoannulata in cotton fields in winter can not only reduce the continuous cropping obstacles caused by direct return of cotton stalks to the fields,but also produce a large number of highquality organic fertilizers after harvesting mushrooms,and reduce the investment of cotton planting fertilizers in the next year.This paper put forward some key technical measures such as strain culture,raw material formula,environmental conditions,site arrangement,cultivation techniques,hypha growth management,fruiting period management,the best harvest time and so on,and evaluated the application effect.
