摘要
目的研究多刺绿绒蒿中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析分离纯化多刺绿绒蒿Meconopsis horridulaHook.f.et Thoms.中乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分并鉴定其结构。结果从乙酸乙酯部分分离得到5个化合物,分别为4′,5,7-三羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基黄酮、木犀草素、芹菜素、大风子素和β-谷甾醇。结论所分离的化合物均为首次从绿绒蒿属植物中分得并鉴定了结构。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constitents of the plant Meconopsis horridula Hook. f. et Thoms. METHODS The constituents of the EtOAc - soluble fraction of the 95% ethanol extracts from Meconopsis horridula Hook. f. et Thorns. were isolated and purified by silica gel column and Sephadex LH - 20 chromatography. RESULTS They were identified by physico - chemical and spectral data as tricin, luteolin, apigenin, hydnocarpin, 13 - sitosterol. CONCLUSION This is the first report of these compounds from Meconopsis horridula and the structures of these compounds were identified by spectral data.
