宽阻尼温域聚丙烯酸酯的制备及性能

摘要 为获得宽阻尼温域高分子材料,采用双酚型AT245和多酚型CA受阻酚化合物,通过异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)桥接,成功制备了两类受阻酚聚丙烯酸酯大分子单体AT-I-H和CA-I-H(统称为HP-I-H),用红外光谱、电喷雾质谱和热重分析对HP-I-H的结构和热稳定性进行了表征。采用乳液聚合法,利用HP-I-H与其他丙烯酸酯单体共聚实现了含受阻酚结构聚丙烯酸酯ATPA和CAPA(统称为HPPA)的制备。通过热重分析、动态力学分析仪、万能材料实验机对该乳胶膜的热性能、阻尼性能及力学性能进行了考察。结果表明:AT-I-H、CA-I-H、ATPA和CAPA在200℃以下热稳定性良好;AT-I-H提高ATPA的初始分解温度,提升其热稳定性。CAPA的阻尼温域均达到200℃以上;加入相同质量分数HP-I-H后,CAPA比ATPA的阻尼温域更宽、阻尼积分面积更大,因此CAPA的阻尼性能更为优异。HPPA的拉伸强度随着HP-I-H质量分数的增加,先升高后降低,当HP-I-H质量分数达到7.5%时,拉伸强度最大;CAPA的拉伸强度均比加入相同质量分数的ATPA大。 In order to obtain polymer materials with wide damping temperature range,two kinds of hindered phenol polyacrylate macromonomer(HP-I-H),namely AT-I-H and CA-I-H,were successfully prepared by bridging the bisphenol AT245 and polyphenol CA hindered phenolic compounds by means of isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI).The structure and thermal stability of HP-I-H were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and thermogravimetry.Through emulsion polymerization,the preparation of hindered phenolic polyacrylate emulsion(HPPA),namely ATPA and CAPA,were achieved by HP-I-H and other acrylate monomers.The thermal,damping and mechanical properties of the latex film were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis,dynamic mechanical analyzer and universal material testing machine.The results show that AT-I-H,CA-I-H,ATPA and CAPA have good thermal stability below 200℃.AT-I-H improves the initial decomposition temperature of ATPA and improves its thermal stability.The damping temperature range of CAPA is more than 200℃;after adding the same mass fraction of HP-I-H,the damping temperature range of CAPA is wider and the damping integral area is larger than that of ATPA,so the damping performance of CAPA is better.The tensile strength of HPPA increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of HP-I-H mass fraction.When the mass fraction of HP-I-H reaches 7.5%,the tensile strength is the highest,and the tensile strength of CAPA is higher than that of ATPA with the same mass fraction.
