煤矸石对磷石膏高温还原分解反应影响及机理 被引量:3

Effect of Coal Gangue on Reduction Decomposition of Phosphogypsum at High Temperature and Its Mechanism

摘要 在磷石膏中加入煤矸石进行高温分解试验,研究煤矸石加入量、反应温度和时间等对磷石膏分解率的影响,利用热力学对其机理进行探讨。结果表明,煤矸石可为磷石膏的高温分解提供还原剂和促进剂,促进磷石膏分解,在1000℃时,随着煤矸石添加量的增加,磷石膏分解率逐渐增大,理论分解率与试验结果变化趋势基本相符;磷石膏与煤矸石耦合分解反应产生的主要固相产物为CaS和Ca2Al2SiO7;当煤矸石与磷石膏质量比达到0.5时,磷石膏分解较完全,相比纯磷石膏其初始分解温度由1151℃降至848℃。 The effect of coal gangue(CG)amount,reaction temperature and time on the decomposition rate of phosphogypsum(PG)was studied by adding CG to PG at high temperature.The mechanism was discussed by thermodynamics.The results showed that CG could provide reductant and accelerant for the PG decomposition at high temperature,which promoted the decomposition of PG.At 1000℃,the decomposition rate of PG gradually increased with the increase of the addition amount of CG.The theoretical decomposition rate was basically consistent with the experimental results.CaS and Ca2Al2SiO7 were the main solid products produced by coupling decomposition reaction of PG and CG.When the mass ratio of CG to PG reached 0.5,the decomposition of PG was completed,the initial decomposition temperature of PG decreased from 1151℃to 848℃compared with pure PG.
