摘要
在丁腈橡胶(NBR)中添加酚醛(PR)和受阻酚AO60,制备NBR/PR/AO60三元共混橡胶。采用扫描电子显微镜表征了NBR/PR/AO60三元共混橡胶的结构,并研究了其阻尼性能和力学性能。结果表明,在共混橡胶体系中添加少量的AO60,可保持较好的相容性,提高其力学性能;但添加质量超过30份,则导致宏观的相分离和AO60的自聚,力学性能降低。在动态力学性能的温度谱中均呈现双峰特征。与NBR/PR硫化橡胶相比,添加了AO60的共混橡胶具有更大的阻尼耗散能量和更宽的温域,是一种具有应用前景的高阻尼材料。
The phenolic resin (PR) and tetrakis (methylene-3-(3-5-ditert2buty1242hydroxy phenyl) propionyloxy) methane (AO60) were added into the acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) to prepare the vulcanized NBR/PR/hindered phenol rubbers. The structures of the vulcanized rubbers were characterized by SEM. And their damping and mechanical properties were investigated in detail. By adding little AO60, the apparent morphology of vulcanized rubber was found to be compatible which was contributed to the better mechanical properties. In contrast, by adding the AO60 above 30 parts, the macroscopic phase separation occurred in vulcanized rubbers and thus its mechanical properties decreased. However, the vulcanized rubbers displayed the characteristics of dual-peak in the temperature spectrums of damping properties. Comparing with NBR/PR systems, NBR/PR/AO60 rubbers can dissipate more energy and display wider temperature range of damping. NBR/PR/ AO60 system is a kind of high-damping rubber.
