核仪表用单卡套管接头建模仿真分析

摘要 针对核仪表设备单卡套管接头缺乏统一的设计标准导致结构参数设计不合理引发的密封失效,为改进单卡套管接头的密封性能,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件对单卡套管接头装配密封过程进行接触仿真分析,结合自适应网格划分技术对网格进行精细化处理,确定了单卡套管接头应力、应变、接触压强等关键参数变化对其密封性能的影响. A large number of single ferrule fittings are used on nuclear instrumentations for metal sealing. Due to the lack of a consolidated design standard, seal failures caused by unreasonable structural parameter designs happen occasionally. In order to improve the sealing performance of the single ferrule fittings, the ABAQUS finite element simulation software is used to perform contact simulation analysis on the assembly and sealing process of the single ferrule fittings, and the adaptive meshing technology is used to refine the mesh. In the end, the influence of the key parameters such as stress, strain and contact pressure on the sealing performance of single ferrule fittings was determined.
