摘要
连接器是航空航天设备的重要组成部分,具有信号传输、电源导通、电路控制等一系列功效,但在连接器频繁插拔使用的过程中会出现插拔力大、接触件疲劳破坏等一系列的问题,严重影响了连接器的可靠性。本文在综合分析影响插拔力因素的基础上,着重对接触件配合误差对其产生的影响进行研究,建立了相关模型,并在ANSYS中进行仿真分析,为连接器的设计制造奠定了基础,具有重要的意义。
Connector is one of the most important components of avionics equipment,which has the effects of transmitting signals,current conduction,controlling circuit and so on.However,in the process of operation with frequent insertion-pull,the phenomena of large insertion force,fatigue damage of contacts and so on would be produced,which seriously affect the reliability of connectors.On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting insertion force,the influence of contacts' cooperating error is focused on,and the relevant model is built.The numerical simulation in ANSYS is carried out,which laid the basement for design and manufacture of connector and has the important significance.
