双臂锚杆钻车履带行走液压系统设计与仿真 被引量:6

Design and Simulation of Hydraulic System for Crawler Walking of Dual-arm Bolt Drill Vehicle

摘要 根据双臂锚杆钻车井下实际作业的要求,设计了双臂锚杆钻车履带行走装置的液压系统原理图,并对主要液压元件进行了选型计算。用仿真软件AMESim对履带行走液压系统进行建模仿真分析,结果显示行走马达启动平稳且启动时间短,为0.65 s,并且马达口压力与流量分别稳定在22.74 MPa和89 L/min,表明该液压系统性能可靠。 According to the requirements of underground actual operation of dual-arm bolt drilling vehicle, the hydraulic system schematic diagram of dual-arm bolt drilling vehicle crawler walking device was designed, and the main hydraulic components were selected and calculated. Simulation software AMESim was used to model and simulate the crawler walking hydraulic system, and the results showed that the running motor started smoothly with a short start time of 0.65s, and the pressure and flow of the motor mouth were respectively stable at 22.74 MPa and 89 L/min, which shows that the performance of the hydraulic system is reliable.
