摘要
设计了一种操作简单、维护方便、效率高,而且联动性高的锚杆支护机的钻机变幅机构。基于SolidWorks建立了钻机变幅机构三维虚拟样机模型,提出影响钻机变幅机构主要性能是变幅机构的3个铰点的位置,利用MATLAB建立优化目标函数,得到3个铰点位置的优化值。最后用ADAMS对钻机变幅机构进行动力学仿真分析,得到优化前后液压缸受力最大值和最小值,进行对比分析,可知优化后降低了变幅机构受力的最大值,显著提高了液压缸的稳定性,验证了其设计的正确性。
Designed a kind of bolt support machine drilling rig luffing mechanism with simple operation,convenient maintenance, high efficiency and high linkage. Based on SolidWorks, the 3D virtual prototype model of the luffing mechanism of drilling rig was established. It was proposed that affecting the main performance of the luffing mechanism was the position of the three hinge points of the luffing mechanism. The optimization objective function was established by MATLAB, and the optimal values of the three hinge points are obtained. Finally, ADAMS was used to simulate the dynamics of the luffing mechanism of the drilling rig, and the maximum and minimum force of the hydraulic cylinder before and after optimization were obtained. By comparative analysis, the maximum force of the luffing mechanism is reduced, the stability of the hydraulic cylinder is significantly improved, and the correctness of the design is verified.
