摘要
以某折臂式随车起重机为研究对象,建立其变幅机构力学模型,并对其动臂油缸受力情况进行分析研究。运用Pro/Engineer和ADAMS软件建立样机模型,求得动臂油缸受力,从而确定折臂式随车起重机液压系统的系统压力,并为其整个工作机构优化设计提供理论依据。
Taking an articulating boom crane as study object ,this paper set up the mechanics model of its luffing mechanism ,and analyzed the loads on the movable arm oil cylinder .The prototype model of the luffing mechanism was established by Pro/E and ADAMS ,the force on the moving arm oil cylinder was calculated ,so the system pressure of lorry crane’s hydraulic system was determined .This study provides theoretical basis for the optimization design of the whole working mechanism .
