摘要
目的获得能够保证汽车起重机匀速变幅控制的驱动函数.方法建立了汽车起重机变幅机构的动力学仿真模型,利用仿真分析软件ADAMS对该模型进行了动力学仿真,通过mat-lab的曲线拟合方法对变幅油缸的驱动函数进行反求.结果获得了匀速变幅驱动的最优控制函数的表达式.完成了全工况下变幅机构动力学分析,获得了较为全面的仿真数据.仿真结果表明,变幅油缸最大驱动力为537.050 kN,与理论计算结果误差为3%.结论实例验证表明,提出的方法是可靠实用的,为汽车起重机匀速变幅控制提供了可靠的依据具有一定的应用价值.此方法可作为不同型号汽车起重机变幅机构设计的通用方法.
The research aims to get the optimal driving function of the truck crane's luffing mechanism. The model of dynamic simulation about the truck crane's luffing mechanism has been established in the paper. The research simulated the model through dynamic simulation by using the ADAMS. The expression of the driving function of luffing cylinder has been acquired by reverse calculation with the matlab curve fitting methods. The research has obtained the optimal expression of the driving function of luffing cylinder for the constant velocity hoisting of crane boom and fulfilled the luffing mechanism dynamic analysis under all working conditions with more comprehensive simulation data. The results show that the maximum driving forces of the luffing cylinder is 537. 050 kN with 3% error compared to the theoretical calculation. Its efficiency, theory and software have been verified by some examples, which proves its application value. This method can be a general method and applied in all kinds of luffing mechanism design of truck crane.
