摘要
对经过特殊预处理的纳米碳酸钙采用不同胺基硅烷偶联剂进行表面改性,并着重分析改性后的纳米碳酸钙对密封胶流变性能、力学性能和耐水粘结性能的影响。结果表明:经过胺基硅烷偶联剂改性后,纳米碳酸钙的分散性能有所改善,有利于提升硅酮密封胶制品的触变性能和力学性能;此外,随着改性剂中活性胺基数量的增加,硅酮胶耐水性能表现也更为出色。
The specially pretreated nano calcium carbonate is modified with different amino silane coupling agents,and the effects of the modified nano calcium carbonate on the rheological property,mechanical property and water resisting viscosity of sealant are analyzed in this paper.Results show that the dispersing performance of nano calcium carbonate is improved after modified by amino silane coupling agent,which is beneficial to improve the thixotropic and mechanical properties of silicone sealant;moreover,with the increase of the number of active amino groups in the modifier,the water resistance of silicone sealant is getting better.
