摘要
采用二次干法改性工艺对纳米碳酸钙进行表面包覆处理,对比其填充密封胶后的性能变化情况,评估该工艺在实际应用的适用性。结果表明,少量的硬脂酸干法包覆将有利于改善密封胶的加工性、储存稳定性以及耐水性;相反,过量的硬脂酸干法包覆将对这些性能带来不利影响。
Twice dry. modification technology is adopted for the surface coating of nanometer calcium carbonate. The performance variations of silicone sealant are compared after the modified calcium carbonate is added, and the applicability of this technology in practical use is evaluated. Results show a small quantity of stearic acid coating by dry method is good for the improvement of processability, storage stability and water resistance of sealant; while excessive stearic acid coating will bring negative effects on the sealant performance.
