摘要 阀芯控制压力是影响掘进机用多路阀流量稳定性的主要因素之一。通过阀芯启闭控制压力、控制压力刚度及控制压力滞回特性等多个方面分析比较不同厂家多路阀流量稳定性的差异。根据测试数据分析,力士乐M4阀启闭控制压力和控制压力滞回特性表现优良,控制压力刚度表现居中;国产阀1控制压力刚度的表现优良,其他两方面表现与力士乐M4阀较为接近,但国产阀2的整体性能表现与力士乐M4阀差距较大。 One of the main factors affecting the flow stability of the multi-way valve for roadhea der is the valve core control pressure. The performance difference of multi-way valve was analysed and compared by the spool opening and closing control pressure, control pressure stiffness and control pressure hysteresis characteristics. According to the test data, performance of Rexroth M4 valve is better than other valves in opening and closing control pressure and control pressure hysteresis, but the control pressure stiffness is in the middle. The domestic valve 1 has excellent perf ormance in control pressure stiffness, but the other two aspects is relatively close to the Rexroth M4 valve. However, from the overall performance, the domestic valve 2 has a large gap of the Rexroth M4 valve.
