摘要
目的通过对过敏性疾病血清样本过敏原检测结果分析,初步了解现阶段儿童过敏性疾病中过敏原的种类及特点,为临床预防和治疗过敏性疾病提供参考。方法采用德国Mediwiss过敏原体外检测系统,对848份过敏性儿童的血清样本进行总IgE和19种过敏原特异性IgE(sIgE)定量检测。结果848份过敏患儿血清样本中总IgE阳性率为83.96%,19种过敏原检测阳性率为76.77%,最常见的过敏原是点青霉(246例,29.0%)、牛奶(211例,24.9%)、羊肉(119例,14.0%)、猫毛、狗毛(110例,13.0%)、鸡蛋白、蛋黄(87例,11.3%);在<3、4~6、7~10岁,不同年龄段儿童过敏原物质检出率存在差异性及相关性。结论北京地区过敏性疾病儿童最主要的过敏原是尘螨,其次是牛奶、猫狗毛皮屑、鸡蛋白;不同年龄段,儿童过敏原检出存在差异,在不同过敏原之间又有一定的相关性。
Objective Based on the analysis of allergen detection results in serum samples of allergic diseases,we tried to develop a preliminary understanding of the types and characteristics of allergens in children’s allergic diseases at this stage,so as to provide references for clinical prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.Methods German Mediwiss allergen in vitro detection system was applied to quantitatively detect total IgE and 19 allergen-specific IgE(sIgE)in 848 serum samples of allergic children.Results The positive rate of total IgE in 848 serum samples of allergic children was 83.96%,and the positive rate of 19 allergens was 76.77%.The most common allergens were green(246 cases,29.0%),milk(211 cases,24.9%),mutton(119 cases,14.0%),cat hair,dog hair(110 cases,13.0%),egg white,and egg yolk(87 cases,11.3%).Among age groups of under 3 years old,4-6 years old,and 7-10 years old,there were differences and correlations in the detection rate of allergens.Conclusion The most important allergen for children with allergic diseases in Beijing area is dust mites,followed by milk,cat and dog dander,and egg whites.There are differences in the detection of allergens in children among different age groups,and there are certain correlations among different allergens.
