摘要
目的观察不同类型的过敏性皮肤病、不同季节及不同性别的过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原的差异性。方法用德国Allergy Screen变应原定量免疫印迹法对1774例过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原进行检测。结果 1774例患者中,过敏原检测结果阳性736例(41.49%),5种过敏性疾病的吸入组阳性率分别为38.61%,37.11%,33.46%,36.36%和31.71%,食入组阳性率分别为13.88%,13.14%,8.09%,13.64%和7.32%;不同季节的阳性率分别为38.5%,78.92%,57.73%和23.79%。结论不同类型的过敏性皮肤病、不同季节及不同性别的过敏性皮肤病患者过敏原不同。可根据疾病类型、季节及性别选择过敏原筛查范围,做好过敏性皮肤病的防治。
Objective To investigate the allergens in patients with allergic dermatosis.and find common allergens of Beijing. Methods The allergens in 1 174 patients were detected by Allergy Screen Immune mark method. Results Seven hundred and thirty-six of 1 774（41.49%） cases presented positive reaction. Positive cases in inhalation group of the five kind of disease respectively were 38.61%.37.11%.33.46%.36.36% and 31.71% ,and positive cases in food group were 13.88%.13.14%.8.09%.13.64% and 7.32%： Positive cas- es in different seasons were respectively 38.5%,78.92%,57.73% and 23.79%. Conclusion The ：allergens are different in different areas ,different seasons and different genders.it is necessary to find relevant aller-gens of patients and provide foundation of the prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis.
