摘要
经济全球化带来的生产要素跨国界流通和技术迁徙,促进了职业教育的国际化发展。职业教育是支撑实体经济发展的根基,直接影响到国家产业结构转型升级和战略布局。文章分析西方国家职业教育国际化发展特点,探讨我国经济新常态背景下职业教育国际化发展的有效实践路径,提升职业教育国际化水平,科学把握"引进来"和"走出去"的关系,积极适应并制定职业教育国际化规则与标准,培养出适应国际劳动力市场竞争的技术技能人才,是提升国家综合竞争力和国际话语权的重要基础。
The cross-border circulation and technology migration of production factors brought by economic globalization have promoted the international development of vocational education. Vocational education is the foundation of supporting the development of real economy, which directly affects the transformation and upgrading of national industrial structure and strategic layout. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the internationalization development of vocational education in western countries, discusses the effective practice path of the internationalization development of vocational education under the background of China’s new normal economy, improves the internationalization level of such education, scientifically grasps the relationship between "Bringing in" and "Going out", actively adapts to and formulates the internationalization rules and standards of vocational education, and train skilled technical personnel to adapt to the competition in the international labor market, which is an important foundation to enhance the national comprehensive competitiveness and international discourse power.
