摘要
以某显示器前面板的注塑模具设计及制造为例,详细介绍了该模具的分型面、排气系统、热流道浇注系统、顶出复位机构、模具成型零件、模温调节系统的设计,探讨了其注塑模具的数控加工工艺流程和注意事项。实践证明,该模具采用的数控加工工艺合理,实现了模具CAD/CAM一体化设计,缩短了塑件开发周期,确保了塑件质量,对同类注塑模具的设计和数控加工具有较强的实用参考价值。
Taking the design and manufacture of the injection mold for the front panel ot a display as an example,the design of the parting surface,exhaust system,hot runner gating system,ejection and reset mechanism,mold forming parts and mold temperature adjusting system of the mold were introduced in detail, and the NC machining process and matters needing attention of the injection mold were discussed.Practice has proved that the NC machining technology adopted in the system is reasonable,the CAD/CAM integrated design is realized,the development period of the plastic guaranteed,and it has a strong practical reference value parts is shortened,the quality of the plastic parts is for the design and NC mac of similar injection molds.
