正常成年人脑血管、脑脊液生理流动模式的PC MRI 观察 被引量:1

The Observation of the Physiological Flow Modes of Healthy Adult’sCerebral Vessels and Cerebrospinal Fluid Using PC MRI

摘要 目的运用相位对比磁共振成像技术(phase contrast magnetic resonance imaging,PC MRI)探讨正常成人脑部流体动力学模式。方法对38例健康成年志愿者双侧颈内动脉、颈内静脉、基底动脉及中脑导水管行PC MRI测量,并在专用工作站Q-FLOW软件包上行图像后处理。观察“时相-流速曲线”特征,记录PSV、PDV、MF、MV等数值。结果本组38例志愿者,获得ICA、BA、IJV、CA在心动周期“时相-流速曲线”ICA、BA呈单向高幅流动,“时相-流速曲线”为“缓降-速升-缓降”型;IJV呈单向低幅流动,曲线为“缓降-缓升-缓降”型,CA脑脊液呈双向振动式流动,类似“正弦函数”型曲线。结论PC MRI可较准确地反映头部主要血管及脑脊液的流速、流量等情况,“时相-流速曲线”图能直观、准确地观察头颈部血管、脑脊液的流动模式。 Objective To explore physiological flow modes the brain compliance of the healthy adults by using PC MRI.Methods 38 healthy volunteers were selected for research.Using PC MRI technology to measure internal carotid artery,internal jugular vein,basilar artery,cerebral aqueduct,lateral ventricles,all images were post-processed on dedicated Q-FLOW workstation.Observed the“phase-flow velocity curve”,recorded PSV,PDV,MF,MV,etc.Results This group of 38 cases of volunteers,get the“phase-flow velocity curve”of ICA,BA,IJV,CA in a cardiac cycle.The flow mode of ICA、BA was one-way with high amplitude,the type of“phase-flow velocity curve”appeared as“slow descending-fast risingslow descending”.The flow mode of IJV appeared as one-way with low amplitude,the type of“phase-flow velocity curve”was similar as“slow descending-slow rising-slow descending”.The flow mode of CA was backforth two-way flow,the type of“phase-flow velocity curve”was similar to“sinefunction”.Conclusion PC MRI can more accurately reflect the flow rate and flow of the main blood vessels of the head and the cerebrospinal fluid.The“phase-flow velocity curve”diagram can intuitively and accurately observe the flow pattern of the blood vessels and cerebrospinal fluid of the head and neck.
