摘要
目的探讨米那普仑联合抗精神病药治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年7月至2020年1月江门市第三人民医院收治的108例精神分裂症阴性症状患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组予以抗精神病药治疗;观察组予以米那普仑联合抗精神病药治疗。对比两组治疗疗效及安全性。结果观察组治疗后情感迟钝、交流障碍、淡漠社交障碍等3项指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.56%(3/54),对照组为25.93%(14/54),观察组并发症发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论在治疗精神分裂症阴性症状时,施以米那普仑联合抗精神病药进行治疗,可提高治疗安全性,并改善治疗效果,具有推广应用价值。
[Objective]To investigate the efficacy and safety of minapram combined with antipsychotics in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.[Methods]From July 2018 to January 2020,108 patients with negative symptoms of schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,one group was the control group,54 cases were treated with antipsychotics;the other group was the observation group,54 cases were treated with minapram combined with antipsychotics,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.[Results]After treatment,the improvement of emotional retardation,communication disorder,indifference social disorder and other indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%(3/54),and that in the control group was 25.93%(14/54).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]In the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia,the use of minapram combined with antipsychotics can improve the safety of treatment,and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion.
