不同微型月季品种扦插生根效果综合评价 被引量:6

Comprehensive Evaluation of Rooting Effect on Cuttings of Different Miniature Rose Varieties

摘要 为了筛选易生根的优良微型月季品种,采用主成分分析、隶属函数和聚类分析方法,对7个微型月季品种扦插的7个根系形态指标进行综合评价。结果表明,微型月季品种之间的生根能力存在差异,7个根系形态指标用3个相互独立的综合指标代替,即第1主成分、第2主成分和第3主成分,7个微型月季品种扦插生根效果依次为:‘淑女’、‘红色恋人’、‘绝恋’、‘女儿红’、‘维纳斯’、‘春色’、‘灵感’,其中‘淑女’在种苗生产上采用常规扦插方法即可保证较高的插穗成活率。 Miniature roses are widely favored due to their short plant types and diverse flower colors,the demand for seedlings is increasing year by year.In order to select good miniature rose varieties that are easy to root,this experiment used principal component analysis,membership function and cluster analysis to synthesize 7 root morphological indicators of 7 miniature rose varieties evaluation.The results showed that there were significant differences among rooting abilities of the miniature rose varieties.Seven root morphology indexes of the miniature rose varieties were replaced by 3 independent comprehensive indexes,namely the first principal component,the second principal component and the third principal component.The rooting effects of 7 miniature rose varieties were‘Lady’,‘Red Lover’,‘Jue Lian’,‘Nu Hong’,‘Venus’,‘Spring Color’,and‘Inspiration’.The‘Lady’miniature rose could use general cutting methods in seedling production to ensure a higher survival rate of cuttings.
