摘要
应用2,4-D、IBA、NAA3种激素分别处理月季插条,每种激素不同的浓度处理分别为25、50、100mg/L,以此比较不同种激素不同浓度对扦插的月季生根及根系生长的影响。结果表明:激素类IBA50mg/L为最适激素和最适浓度。
Investigated the effect of hormones on root growth of Rosa chinenisis Jacq ,three kinds of hormones with three concentration of 25,50 and 100mg/L, were applied to Rosa chinenisis Jacq. The results showed that the hormone IBA with the concentration of 50mg/L was most suitable.
