摘要
为了探析小青龙汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(Cough variant asthma,CVA)临床经验。本课题负责人通过整理高建忠老师的大量著作、文献。取仲景之方,效东垣之法,从内伤角度出发,辨CVA的病机为寒饮证,治以扶阳化饮。从而总结出高老师治疗CVA的临证经验心得。通过整合分析,发现小青龙汤治疗CVA临床疗效确凿,且不易反复发作。
The clinical experience of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma was explored.The person in charge of this project arranges a large number of works and documents of Mr.Gao Jianzhong.From the point of view of internal injury,the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma was identified as cold drink syndrome and treated with Fuyang Huayin decoction,in order to screen out the experience of Gao in treating cough variant asthma.Through integrated analysis,we found that Xiaoqinglong decoction has definite clinical effect on cough variant asthma,and it is not easy to attack repeatedly.
