摘要
目的观察小青龙汤加减联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗外寒内饮型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2020年6月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)儿科门诊收治外寒内饮型咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组应用小青龙汤加减联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂,对照组单独应用丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗,治疗期为1个月。观察各组中医症状评分、临床疗效及复发率。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组喘息、咳嗽、咯痰积分显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期结束后观察组复发率为10.0%(4/40),低于对照组27.5%(11/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减联合丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘外寒内饮证有显著疗效,能明显改善临床症状,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with fluticasone propionate inhaled aerosol in the treatment of cough variant asthma of external cold and internal fluid type.Methods A total of 80 patients with cough variant asthma of external cold and internal fluid type were included and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group was treated with modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with fluticasone propionate inhaled aerosol,while the control group was treated with fluticasone propionate inhaled aerosol alone,and the treatment period was 1 month.The scores of TCM symptoms,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of each group were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 95.0%(38/40)and 75.0%(30/40),respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores in wheezing,cough and expectoration of the control group were significantly higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).After stopping the treatment,the recurrence rate in observation group was 10.0%(4/40),lower than that of control group(27.5%,11/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with fluticasone propionate inhaled aerosol has significant effect in the treatment of cough variant asthma of external cold and internal fluid type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
