摘要
将CENTUM CS3000生产管理系统应用于造纸工艺流程监测工作中,根据长网加顶网中高速纸机的技术应用特点建立了一套完整的监测系统硬件设计方案,通过传感器模块对造纸生成设备的振动、温度、湿度等方面的运行状态进行监测。利用CENTUM CS3000所提供的HIS人机界面站组态实施系统软件设计,通过List View控件实现各项参数的可视化设计。
CENTUM CS3000 production management system is applied to the monitoring of papermaking process.According to the technical application characteristics of medium and high speed paper machine with long net and top net,a complete set of hardware design scheme of monitoring system is established.The vibration,temperature and humidity of papermaking equipment are monitored by sensor module.The configuration of HIS man-machine interface station provided by CENTUM CS3000 is used to implement the system software design,and the visual design of various parameters is realized through listView control.
