摘要
精密测量技术在大型造纸机关键安装中发挥着至关重要的作用。通过建立高精度的施工基准网线,包括平面基准网线和高程基准网线,能确保设备安装的基础精度。在基础板安装、烘缸等辊筒类设备找平找正以及纸机联轴器对中找正等关键环节,采用了瑞士WILD经纬仪、NA2+GMP3水准仪、Fixturlaser Shaft 200激光对中仪等高精度测量设备,结合多种测量方法和调整技巧,严格控制了安装精度,为大型造纸机的安装提供了技术保障。
Precision measurement technology plays a vital role in the critical installation of large paper machines.Through the establishment of high-precision construction datum network cables,including plane datum network lines and elevation datum network cables,the basic accuracy of equipment installation is ensured.In the key links such as the leveling and alignment of roller equipment such as foundation plate installation,dryer cylinder and the alignment of paper machine coupling,high-precision measurement equipment such as Swiss WILD theodolite,NA2+GMP3 level,Fixturlaser Shaft 200 laser alignment instrument and other high-precision measurement equipment are adopted,combined with a variety of measurement methods and adjustment skills,the installation accuracy is strictly controlled,and a reliable technical guarantee is provided for the installation of large-scale paper machines.
