摘要
将Zigbee技术应用于造纸工业中,构建了一套造纸机辅助定位系统。该系统通过硬件与软件模块的协同设计,结合定位算法,实现了对造纸机位置的实时精准定位与运行状态监测。测试结果表明,该系统响应迅速,结构清晰,功耗低,稳定性高,定位精准以及便于监管,可有效提升生产效率并防范安全风险,为造纸工业的智能化发展提供了可靠的技术支撑。
This research applies Zigbee technology to the papermaking industry and builds auxiliary location system for paper machines.Through the co-design of hardware and software modules and the location algorithms,the system realizes real-time and precise location and operation status monitoring of paper machines.Test results show that this system features rapid response,clear structure,low power consumption,high stability,precise location and easy supervision.It can effectively improve production efficiency and prevent safety risks,providing reliable technical support for the intelligent development of the papermaking industry.
