摘要
工程质量管理是目前工程管理领域十分重要的板块,特别是创新工程项目。但新的工程质量问题的出现使得原有的方法难以奏效,阻碍了创新工程质量管理水平的提高。在梳理以往质量管理研究的基础上,基于项目管理成熟度模型,提出以费用和工期为约束条件的工程质量控制模型,借助该模型思想,运用历史数据验证降低质量不达标概率。该模型使用了动态规划求解,同时通过算例,验证了该模型的有效性,能够在一定程度上优化质量控制。
Quality management is an important problem in the project management at present,especially in innovative projects.However,with the emergence of new project quality problems,the original method is difficult to solve the current problems,which further influence the continuous improvement of innovative project quality management.Based on the previous research on quality management and the project capability maturity model,a project quality control model with cost and construction period as constraints is proposed.The model can optimize quality control to a certain extent and reduce the probability of quality failure.The model is solved by dynamic programming.At the same time,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model,which can optimize the quality control to a certain extent.
