摘要
将各活动的质量按照与工期假定的线性关系进行量化处理,以0到1之间的任意实数来表征各活动的质量,则整个工程的质量表征为各活动质量的某种函数,连同工期、费用一起建立了三者综合优化的数学模型.同时,对此模型应用遗传算法进行优化求解,最后给出一个实例.
Shorter time, lower cost and higher quality of the project is the main aim in project management, while the quality of the project has seldom been referred in theory and application research. Here the quality of each activity is quantitated with the numeral from 0 to 1, which assumed that they were linearity relationship between time and quliaty of the activity. Then the quality of the project is figured out with a certain function of all activity quality. Based on these, the mathematics model of their synthesis optimization is built considering time, cost and quality. The results show that the method is more superior, and the results can be checked in application.
