摘要
进度控制、成本控制和质量控制是工程建设项目的重要管理内容.在工程项目管理中,对工期、成本和质量进行全面系统地分析,并进行综合均衡优化,对于提高工程建设项目的综合效益具有很重要的意义.论文利用多属性效用函数理论建立工程项目管理的工期—成本—质量综合均衡优化模型,并在网络计划技术的基础上,使用遗传算法对模型进行求解,可以得到最满意的决策方案,作为工程项目管理中的控制目标.最后通过一个案例,对模型的可行性和实用性进行了验证.
Time control, cost control and quality control are main aspects in construction project management. Taking time, cost and quality into account simultaneously, and keeping the balance among them during the whole process of project management are significant for the improvement of the overall benefits of construction projects. This paper presents the time_cost_quality tradeoff optimization model using multi_attribute utility function theory. Applying network planning techniques and genetic algorithms, the most satisfied decision result can be obtained. At the end of this paper, a case study is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model.
