大跨度混凝土渡槽施工裂纹深度检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 桂中治旱乐滩水库引水灌区二期工程中的大跨度混凝土渡槽立墙进行内部裂纹无损检测时,由于其中存在纵横交错的钢筋和绞线,对传统方法中的超声波产生干扰,造成检测结果不准确。文章提出了一种基于冲击反射的混凝土渡槽施工裂纹深度检测方法,设计了检测仪器的结构,设置了检波器、传感器、冲击锤和数模转换器的连接顺序,研究了各部分的相关参数以及仪器工作过程,对裂纹进行建模并处理数据,分析了冲击波在混凝土裂纹中的传播特性,对设计数据分析流程,最后通过测得的数据进行计算,得到裂纹深度。通过实际算例分析,分别使用传统方法和设计的方法对裂纹深度进行检测,结果表明文中提出的方法具有更高的检测精度。 When nondestructive testing of the internal cracks is carried out in the long-span concrete aqueduct vertical wall of the second phase project of Letan Reservoir diversion and irrigation area for drought control in central Guangxi.Due to the presence of crisscross steel bars and strands,the ultrasound waves in the traditional method generate disturbance,thereby leading to inaccurate test results.A concrete aqueduct construction crack depth test method based on shock reflection is proposed in the paper.The structure of the testing instrument is designed.The connecting sequence of the detector,sensors,impact hammer and the D/A converter is set.The correlation parameters of each part and the working process of the instrument are studied.The crack is modeled for processing the data.The transmission characteristics of shock waves in the concrete crack are analyzed.The data analysis process is designed.The data is calculated through the measured data finally,thereby obtaining the crack depth.The traditional method and the designed method are respectively to test the crack depth through actual example.The results show that the proposed method has higher detection accuracy.
