摘要
设计了试验装置,采用热电偶对在线焊接时的温度场进行了测定,运用有限元法对其进行了数值模拟。模拟中考虑了材料性能随温度的变化以及外界对流和辐射的影响,内部介质流动对焊接温度场的影响定义为强制对流换热边界条件。温度场的模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,采用数值模拟方法可以对在线焊接时的温度场进行较准确的模拟。
Temperature field of in-service welding was measured by thermal-couples and simulated by FEM. The material property change with the temperature, the convection and radiation boundary conditions were considered, The effect of internal flowing media on temperature field was defined as a forced boundary condition. The numerical simulated and experimental results accord with each other. It can be concluded that the temperature field of in-service welding can be simulated accurately by FEM.
