摘要 分析了锅炉高温再热器管的TP304H奥氏体钢与钢102的异种钢接头在运行不到2万小时后即发生泄漏的原因,提出了改善接头性能的建议。 The dissimilar metal welded joint of TP304H and 12Cr2MoWVTiB leaked after running for not more than 2×104h. The incorrect welding procedure and joint type was the main cause of the leakage. Proposal on improving the welding performance was given.
