摘要
以知网近20年1798篇保障性住房相关的核心期刊为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件绘制知识图谱。研究显示,保障性住房文献数量先增后降,内容集中于金融、公共管理及建筑领域。研究群体呈现小集中、大分散的特征,不同领域间合作较少,且宏观政策研究多于空间研究。制度借鉴、房地产与保障房以及住房制度改革是其主要研究主题,研究内容趋向特色化和研究视角多元化。
Based on 1798 core periodicals related to affordable housing published by CNKI in recent 20 years,the knowledge map is drawn by using CiteSpace software.The research shows that the number of documents on affordable housing increased first and then decreased which focuses on the fields of finance,public management and architecture.The research group presents the characteristics of small concentration and large dispersion,there is less cooperation between different fields,and macro policy research is more than space research.Institutional reference,real estate and affordable housing,and housing system reform are the main research topics,and the research content tends to be distinctive and the research perspective is diversified.
