摘要
在 5 0 0g钼丝炉内进行了硫容量热平衡试验研究 ,试验结果表明 ,相同摩尔数的BaO脱硫能力大于CaO ,其中以CaO SiO2 MgO Al2 O3 CaF2 系A1为顶渣 (MI=0 31,C (S) =4 2 ,L(S) =182 5 )、CaO BaO CaF2 系B2为喂线渣的A1+B2方案 (C (S) =83,L (S) =2 5 9 17)最适于极低硫钢精炼脱硫 ,喂线渣中BaO的“最佳”配比为 :I =w(BaO) /w (CaO) =5 /
Heat equilibrium experiments of sulphide capacity were carried out in 500 g Mo furnace.It is proved that the desulfurising capacity of BaO is stronger than that of CaO with the same molecular amounts.A1(top slag:CaO Al 2O 3 MgO SiO 2 CaF 2;MI=0.31)+B2 (feeding wire slag:CaO BaO CaF 2;I=w(BaO)/w(CaO)=5/3)scheme (C (S)=83,L(S)=259 17)is most adapted for refining desulfuration of ultra low sulphur steel.
