摘要
在钼丝炉上进行了含BaO ,Na2 O精炼渣系渣钢间硫平衡实验 研究结果表明 ,在传统精炼渣系中加入BaO ,能够提高渣系的硫容量 ;Na2 O对渣系的硫容量也有很大的影响 。
The experiments to study the sulphur distribution equilibrium between liquid steel and slag system BaO CaO MgO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 and Na 2O CaO MgO FeO Al 2O 3 SiO 2 were carried out on molybdenum wire furnace,and the sulphur capacity calculating model for the above slag was established.It's found that the addition of BaO to slag CaO MgO FeO Al 2O 3 SiO 2,which was widely used in the steel refining process,can remarkably increase its sulphur capacity.As to Na 2O ,it has great impact on sulphur capacity,but it is less of stability.
