含B_2O_3的Al_2O_3-Fe_2O_3基无氟复合造渣剂的试验研究

摘要 研究含B2O3的Al2O3-Fe2O3基无氟复合造渣剂快速造渣及其机理。在杭钢炼钢厂40 t转炉上进行含B2O3的Al2O3-Fe2O3基无氟复合造渣剂的工业性试验。试验表明该造渣剂冶金特性良好,能提前0.5~1.0 min化渣;全程化渣好,基本上不喷溅,不返干;钢铁料、石灰等的消耗有所降低。这些结果表明在转炉冶炼前期,提高炉渣(Al2O3)和(B2O3)含量有利于快速化渣。 Rapid slagging of Al2O3-Fe2O3(B2O3 included) non-fluorine slagging material and its mechanism were studied.Industrial experiments on Al2O3-Fe2O3(B2O3 included) non-fluorine slagging material were carried on in the 40 t converter of Hanggang Steelmaking Plant.The experiments show that metallurgical characteristics of this slagging material are good,the slag can be melted in advance with 0.5~1.0 min;the whole process of slag melting is good,with no splashing basically and returning slag;the consumption of iron and steel materials and lime,etc.is reduced.The results show that in the early converter smelting period,improving the contents of(Al2O3) and(B2O3) in slag is helpful for rapid slagging.
