摘要
换热器封头长期受酸性介质冲刷腐蚀,壁厚减薄较为严重。在检维修过程中,采用UNS R31233合金进行内壁堆焊。通过工艺性试验证明,该合金焊材基本满足设备使用要求,同时也能达到很好的防冲刷腐蚀效果。
The head of heat exchanger has been corroded by acid medium for a long time and the wall thickness has been thinned seriously.During the inspection and maintenance process,UNS R31233 alloy has been used for inner wall surfacing.Through the process test,it is proved that the alloy welding material basically meets the requirements of equipment,and can also achieve good anti-corrosion effect.
