摘要
随着现代化煤化工业技术的蓬勃发展,对材料的耐磨损性能有了更高的要求,某些产品结构设计要求在母材表面堆焊钴基硬质合金,而进口堆焊焊条存在价格高、制造周期长等问题。为降低生产成本,需对钴基硬质合金堆焊焊条进行国产化试验研究。通过实验,掌握了国产钴基硬质合金堆焊焊条的焊接性,制定了合理的堆焊工艺,并通过堆焊层化学成分分析、剖面宏观检测以及表面硬度测定试验,在保证产品堆焊质量的前提下,满足堆焊层的性能要求。
With the high development of the coal chemical modernized industry,it is higher requirement for abradability of material, and according to design requirement,some products need overlay hard-facing Cobalt base kentanium with SMAW on the base metal surfacing, but problems are higher prices and longer manufacturing circle to overlay consumable imports.In order to reduce production costs ,we need to research and investigation of percentage of home-made parts' test for hard-facing Cobalt base kentanium overlay with SMAW.Through this test,we grasped the nature of home-made welding and developed a reasonable build-up overlay procedure.By means of chemical analysis,macro-test and surface hardness-test for overlay layer,to get the suitable overlay process,to meet the capability requirement of overlay layer on the premise of quality.
