摘要
司太立钴基合金堆焊的技术难点是焊后容易产生的焊接缺陷组织微裂纹、冷裂纹、堆焊层脱落,导致产品焊后返修或报废。在实际的生产过程中,只要堆焊工艺选择合理,避免堆焊层焊缝金属的化学成分烧损和杂质元素的渗入,稀释率控制合适的前提下,堆焊质量和性能就能保证。因此非熔化极手工钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)堆焊不失为一种理想的焊接方法选择。
The difficulty of Stellite hardfacing is harfacing defects such as micro-crack,and cold crack easily appears in harfacing,and the overlaid layer easily falls off after hardfacing,which can result in the hardfacing repair or scraping of the product.The proper hardfacing procedure was selected to avoid burning loss of alloying element and impurity element penetration,and control the applicable dilution ratio to ensure the hardfacing quality and property in the actual practice.Gas tungsten arc welding is one of the reasonable hardfacing procedures for Stellite cobalt-base alloy.
